Process

We start with the offer, the audience, the goals, and the constraints. Then structure, visual direction, build, testing, and launch. You see the work as it takes shape, not only at the end.

Launch sites are usually ready in 2 to 5 days when content and feedback move quickly. Growth projects usually take 1 to 2 weeks. Custom builds depend on scope and often run 3 to 6 weeks.

We need you for decisions, feedback, and the business context. We handle the design and the build. Projects move fastest when the direction is settled early.

Your domain and content are always yours. The design and code transfer to you after the 12-month plan, or earlier if you buy out the remaining months. Until then, we manage the technical side.

Monthly plans run for 12 months. After that they continue month to month, and you can cancel anytime.

Yes. We can use your current identity, tighten it for the web, or recommend a focused refresh when the current one is holding the site back.

Each plan includes time every month: 1 hour on Launch, 2 hours on Growth, and 30 minutes on Care. That covers copy, images, new sections, and small additions, plus monitoring, backups, and support. Extra work is billed hourly. Larger features are scoped on their own.

Yes. That's the Care plan, from $59 a month depending on the size and complexity of the site. It starts with a short audit so we know exactly what we're taking on.

No. Viglou is based in Montreal, and we work with clients anywhere. Most projects run through calls, shared docs, and written feedback.

Send a short message through the contact page. We'll assess the fit, clarify the scope, and recommend a path before you commit to anything.
